
Reverse abs is a great sequence for all fitness levels. If you are beginning Pilates or exercise it is nice to strengthen the abs from the top down and if you have been doing Pilates for some time, reverse abs helps to deepen your curl which will prepare your spine and abs for roll up and many of the roll over exercises in Pilates.
