A great Pilates Workout will work on abs, glutes, thighs AND more. In this Pilates mat class we’ll spend a little extra time working out the glutes and thighs and I really don’t think you can do Pilates without getting stronger abs.
This mat Pilates class has a vigorous flow, but as always, I’ll talk you through it and you can use different variations for any exercise to ensure you are working the right areas of your body and opt out all together if needed.
We will get started right away by waking up the abs, move to strengthening the back of the legs, go back to the abs and we will keep trying to really fatigue the targeted muscle group before moving to a different area of the body. I have some really fun(that usually means challenging;)) variations on some exercises that are typically performed on Pilates equipment.
