This 20 Minute Pilates Class is an effective and fun Pilates workout that incorporates some unique Pilates exercises that are typically performed on a Pilates Reformer.
Working out with a stability ball is a refreshing change of pace and really helps draw awareness to the balance (or imbalance in the body).
Exercise Ball Workouts are effective for strengthening the muscles while working on the stability of the body as well.
