This short standing Pilates class is less of a workout and is meant to be a Morning Pilates routine to wake up the body. If you choose to do this class at night or at some point during the day, it will help to unwind your body.
This is a perfect Pilates routine if you are a beginning Pilates or if you just want to slow down and stretch.
