Vlogtober Day 2 is here (and I like to celebrate small successes, so yippee, two days in a row!)
My Pilates chat is all about remaining true to yourself.
My life update in a nutshell is I’m a working mom so some mornings I choose to sleep in but I did squeeze in some time for mindful breathing to set an intention for the day. This helped me SO much.
Lastly, I did a very short workout (really just some gentle movements and a little more Pilates than yesterdays) that I used to destress from work. I hope the last movement brings a smile to your face.
