
This is a personal Yoga Flow that I did while I was on vacation and I felt amazing after the brief Yoga Flow Workout, but I will be honest, it was a little faster than I originally set out since anytime I came to stillness the gnats came swarming.
This is a nice beginner yoga flow but the pace is somewhat quick. If you are new to Yoga, I would recommend watching the 10 Minute Yoga class at least once so you can see all of the position first and then join me on the mat for the Yoga Workout.
This is a departure from the Pilates classes that I teach on the channel, but I wanted to shed some light on additional movement modalities that I use to feel amazing. Most of the time it is a Pilates class but Yoga classes offer a different experience that compliment Pilates well.
